Servers used by our Website are located in India and we work with course providers and third-party service providers around the world. We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements).
7.2. Deletion Procedures
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Website at any time or in any manner. 12. Updating This Privacy Policy
We may update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, to comply with law, in accordance with best practice in our industry, or to meet our changing business requirements. Any updates will be posted on the Website. Continued access to or use of the Website indicates your acceptance of any amended terms.
13. Processors, Meta Pixel and Withdrawing Consent
We share the details you submit on our forms only with the processors that help us respond to you: Google (Sheets), Meta (ads measurement), Brevo (email), Cloudflare (security), OVHcloud (hosting). Our cookie banner asks for two optional purposes. Analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) runs only after you allow it. Marketing covers the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms), which collects device and browsing identifiers to measure our ads. In India the Meta Pixel runs by default with a notice until you choose; elsewhere it runs only after you allow Marketing. You can change either choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page.
Forms. When Marketing is allowed (in India, until you reject it), a scrambled (hashed) copy of the name, e-mail and phone number you give on our forms is also sent to Meta to measure our ads. Rejecting Marketing in the cookie banner or in Cookie settings stops this for later forms.
Purchases. When you buy, we report the purchase to our advertising partners, such as Meta, using a scrambled copy of your e-mail, phone number and name, to measure our ads. We send the product, the amount excluding GST, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your e-mail and account id, and the browser details of the checkout page; never your name, phone or address. You can stop this at any time: signed in, on your account settings page (/learn/settings); with the "Stop using my details to measure ads" link at the end of our receipt and reminder e-mails; or below. Opting out of the Meta Pixel in the cookie banner before you buy also stops it for that purchase.
Under 18. We do not use the data of anyone under 18 to measure or target ads. Our forms and checkout ask "Are you 18 or older?". For a signed-in account that answered No, we send nothing to Meta and load no Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or Clarity. If they later change their answer to Yes, only their later activity is measured.
