1. Contract
The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to our provision and your use of the information, services and materials (“Online Content and Courses”) through the Reynlab website. These terms apply to all visitors and registered learners and must be read alongside our related policies.

2.2References to "you" apply whether you are a learner or a visitor.
2.3Reynlab offers online content and courses.
2.4Contact support for questions via the "contact support" option on the website.
3. Using the Website (Learner Conduct)
2.1Users confirm agreement to terms and policies. Access by those under 13 is prohibited.
2.2Acceptable Use Conditions – users must not:
2.2.1Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
2.2.2Contact, harm, or attempt to harm minors
2.2.3Distribute website or course content without consent except through website functionality
2.2.4Alter or modify website or course materials

2.6Users acknowledge potential exposure to content from our Partner Institutions that is factually inaccurate, offensive if taken out of context, indecent to certain people, or otherwise objectionable.
2.7Reynlab may stop providing the website or courses permanently or temporarily without notice.
2.8Users are solely responsible for term breaches and their consequences.
4. Registration and Accounts
3.1Visitors can view freely; full participation requires registration with name, email, and password. Account sharing is prohibited.
3.2Additional information (date of birth, location) may be requested.
3.3Users must maintain accurate account information and keep details secure.
3.4Registering learners agree to:
3.4.1Register only once; no multiple accounts
3.4.2Not let others use their account
3.4.3Not cheat on assignments or exams, or share solutions with others
3.4.4Report other learners' cheating immediately to course administrators
3.5Disqualification may result in access revocation or temporary prohibition.
5. Licence to Use
4.1Subject to compliance with these terms, Reynlab grants you a fully revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non sub-licensable, limited right and licence to:
4.1.1.Access and display the website and courses as an individual for personal use
4.1.2.Download permitted content
4.2Users must respect copyright notices and cannot delete attributions or proprietary notices.
4.3Some partner institutions offer Creative Commons (non-commercial) licences; these override certain terms where applicable.
6. Your Content
6.1Users may submit learner content including notes, discussions, assignments, and media.
6.2Reynlab does not claim ownership; learners retain their exclusive rights.
6.3Users grant Reynlab an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free and non-exclusive licence to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display learner content. Reynlab may remove content without notice.
6.4Users represent and warrant that:
6.4.1They possess the necessary rights and clearances for submitted content
6.4.2Content is accurate and complete
6.4.3They are responsible for any applicable third-party fees
6.4.4Content does not infringe third-party rights
6.5Users must comply with applicable laws, including data export regulations.
6.6The website may offer messaging and discussion capabilities.
6.7Communications must relate to course subject matter; all are governed by these terms and policies.
6.8Users acknowledge that:
6.8.1Communications are public, not private
6.8.2Third-party communications are not endorsed by Reynlab
6.8.3Content is reactively moderated; Reynlab reserves pre-review rights

7. Upgrades, Unlimited and Subscription Access

7.1.3.Paid subscriptions
7.2Prices may or may not include sales tax.
7.3Reynlab may take steps to recover unpaid subscription fees.
7.4Cancellations and refunds may be available per policy.
7.6Reynlab reserves the right to vary fees before purchase.
7.7After subscription, recurring fees may vary with notice. Fee changes take effect from the next billing period. Users may unsubscribe before changes take effect.
8. Promotions & Discount Codes
8.1Promotional codes must be applied at checkout; they cannot be applied retroactively.
8.2Each code has specific terms provided at issuance.
8.3Codes are personal to the recipient. Reynlab may cancel codes if misused or fraudulently used.
8.4Codes cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash or credit; they have no monetary value.
8.5Codes expire after the specified period or when used.
9. Copyright Policy
9.1Reynlab removes infringing content as soon as it is discovered.
9.2Intellectual property owners should report infringement to [email protected].
9.3Reynlab takes appropriate action at its sole discretion.
9.4Copyright notices must contain:
9.4.1.A statement of belief that the content infringes your rights

11. Linking to Other Sites

11.2Reynlab does not author, edit, or control linked sites. Users acknowledge:

12. Reynlab's Intellectual Property Rights
12.1Reynlab owns or licenses all intellectual property in the website and courses, including technology, code, content, software, scripts, images, graphics, and audio. Copyright in courses belongs to the relevant partner institutions.
12.2Reynlab owns all copyright, trademarks, design rights, database rights, and other intellectual property in the website.
12.3If any intellectual property vests in users by operation of law, users assign all such rights to Reynlab and waive their moral rights.
12.4Users agree to sign all necessary documents to effect assignment of intellectual property rights.
13. Your Liability to Us
13.1Users indemnify Reynlab from all actions, claims, and costs resulting from:
13.1.1.Submitting learner content
13.1.2.Website or course access or use
13.1.3.Breach of these terms
13.1.4.Negligent acts, defaults, or statutory breaches
13.2Each indemnity is separate and independent.
13.3This paragraph survives expiry of these terms.
14. Our Liability to You
14.1These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
14.2The website and courses are provided “as is” with no warranties.
14.3Reynlab excludes all warranties to the fullest legal extent. No liability for special, indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses including:
14.3.1.Loss of profit
14.3.2.Loss of goodwill
14.3.3.Loss of opportunity
14.4Reynlab provides courses in good faith but gives no warranty or representation that the Online Content and Courses are accurate, complete or up-to-date. No responsibility for third-party rights infringement. Reasonable precautions against viruses are taken but no liability is accepted for them.
14.5No warranties that website operation will be timely, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
14.6No responsibility for:
14.6.1.Reliance on completeness or accuracy of information or advertiser relationships
14.6.2.Changes to the website or courses, or interruptions to access
14.6.3.Data deletion, corruption, or storage failures
14.6.4.User failure to provide accurate account information
14.6.5.User failure to keep account details secure

15. Governing Law

15.2Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court, Chennai, India. Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution within 28 days before commencing formal proceedings.
15.3Reynlab may seek injunctive or other equitable remedies in any jurisdiction.
16. Changes to the Website and These Terms
16.1Reynlab may update these terms and policies at any time. Users are advised to check the website regularly. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
16.2Reynlab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue courses without notice and without liability.
17. Other Important Terms
17.1If any terms are found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in full effect.
17.2Only users and Reynlab may enforce these terms; no third-party enforcement rights are granted.
17.3Reynlab may freely transfer rights or delegate obligations under these terms. Users may not do so without written consent from Reynlab.
17.4These terms, together with our policies and code of conduct, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and replace all prior terms and agreements.
