1. Services

Reynlab Technologies provides automotive engineering training courses, digital twin lab access, certification programs, and placement assistance. Course content, schedules, and pricing are subject to change with prior notice.

2. Enrolment & Payment

Enrolment is confirmed upon payment. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and EMI options through Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of enrolment, you may request a full refund. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. After 30 days, partial refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis. Physical equipment must be returned in original condition for full refund eligibility.

4. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful course completion and assessment. TÜV SÜD certification is available for Automotive Diagnostics and Master Automotive Technician courses only. STEM.ORG and ASDC certifications are available across all eligible courses. NFT blockchain certificates are verifiable at reynlab.com/verify-certificate.

5. Placement Assistance

We provide placement assistance including resume building, interview preparation, and employer connections. Placement assistance is not a guarantee of employment. Actual placement outcomes depend on individual performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, digital twin lab content, and platform software are the intellectual property of Reynlab Technologies. Students may use materials for personal learning but may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit course content.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
